Our Story

The Smith Center for the Performing Arts stands as a beacon of cultural excellence in the heart of our vibrant arts district. Since opening our doors in 2012, we have been dedicated to presenting world-class performances that inspire, educate, and entertain audiences of all ages.

Named in honor of philanthropist Donald W. Reynolds, our center encompasses multiple performance spaces designed to showcase the finest in theater, music, dance, and spoken word. From Broadway musicals to classical symphonies, from contemporary dance to intimate cabaret performances, we offer something for every artistic taste.
